There needs to be a thorough investigation and explanation, not a City agenda based one to cover everything up -again.What are the law enforcement and the City explanations for the S/Ws decade plus situation? How did the more overt harassment and stalking stop at the beginning of the tenth year before Det.L.Hawkins was to receive his Keeper Days Award? The parade ends up right in front of this residency. It seems the S/Ws moved for two reasons, one financial, and the second, Lori was really complaining about the way she was being treated. Did they lose that really bizarre police protection to harass, stalk, trespass,and gloat, because of the wide audience emailing starting at the beginning of the ninth year of all this? They still threatened to start it all up again and this residency was never told or reassured that it wouldn't.The S/Ws' mindset remained intact and unnervingly bad until and right up to when they moved.With the S/Ws moved, the playing field is more leveled, and the S/Ws continuing, which is intolerable by anyone's standards, cannot be used as leverage.The people who kept the S/Ws harassing, stalking, trespassing, etc.etc., didn't have to put up with them or the ramifications or pay to try to stop it all. This residency did. Any residency would be inquiring and complaining about the whole thing. Who ran/runs this City? Eventually, the ridiculous excuses and lies will run out.The City does have the resources and deep pocket to maneuver and pound any lawsuit for reimbursement and damages just as it had the resources and deep pocket to maneuver and pound this residency, for still unexplainable reasons, on behalf of and with the S/Ws, who did harass and stalk this residency into oblivion, but that will not last forever, as someone will figure something out. It's just a City that did a lot of bizarre wrong things that no one can defend except with belligerent legal maneuvers which are beginning to grate everyone as the whole thing was/is just too dumb. And again, please be reminded, attempts at blaming, vilifying, lying about, and slandering this residency for attempts at quick closure and to cover everything up, won't work. No one would put up with that after putting up with everything else. To be cont.: This is the Keeper Days weekend, a chance for a lot more people to see or notice how run down this residency has gotten. Maybe the Thompsons and some members of C.O.P. can stand along this residency during the festivities and hand out flyers saying that this is what a residency looks like after a lengthy involvement with the City, an expensive and lengthy involvement with the City,and if residents don't do or put up with every goofy thing certain out of touch, reality detached, devious members of the inner working of the City want, their residency will look like this too. A C.O.P. patrol car drove by while I was outside yesterday and slowed down. Maybe it was Mr.Thompson. There was no interaction. Those forced faked greetings and civilities by this residency while dealing with a City that was less than civilized, to say the least, were exasperating and are not now necessary.The S/Ws have moved and that leverage is gone. It remains to be seen how the City will conduct itself.

Exactly what are law enforcement and the City saying this residency did wrong in the past decade?

That brings up the record keeping which was pretty much what any officer wanted to say no matter what was going on. The first horrific five and a half years of the targeted harassment, stalking, and trespassing were really bad with this record keeping method, in spite of the hours and hours, routinely and daily.The S/W were covered and cleared and so were their initial officers.The very competent criminal and civil Attorney who took over the case didn"t even bother to ask for the LHP records. After six years,the Sett.Agree. /Injunction, -Circuit Court Case-, was instated which law enforcement and the City disregarded. Was a copy of the Sett.Agree/Injunction even put into the records when it was instated? At the end of the ninth year, that Document was finally widely mailed, many copies to Officers.

There are no residencies that would want to put up with any of this or would not be inquiring and complaining
What are on the records about this residency?

No residency would want a kept history of lies and slander about it.

It was too easy for the initial officers to clear the S/Ws and themselves with this record method and to instruct others to follow.The real situation was never properly documented.

Was a copy of the Sett.Agree/Injunction even put into the records when it was instated?
The records and record keeping need to be examined.

There's a big difference between someone being too dumb, ok-unsophisticated, to keep proper records and perform proper police work, and someone who deliberately falsifies records and performs bad, unethical, and illegal police work.- A big difference. Law enforcement needs to explain what it did in the past decade. And again, no residency would want a kept history record lying about and slandering it. If law enforcement had done anything moderately correctly, this should have been handled in a maximum of six months and all the inane subplots wouldn't have happened including the Kruteck meddling.What was up with that? 3-5-12.Andy. 3-5-12.Mayor Schorr, Please be reminded, the one person who seems to have been overlooked in all this hoopla is Andy. He is just not the 'guy who had to pay' to try to stop the S/Ws and their cops backed by the City. Making something too expensive to fend off is an effective maneuver.
