11-15-11.Mayor F.Shorr, Please be reminded, again, that vilifying, blaming, lying about, and slandering this residency are not options for getting LHP off the hook while LHP still scours around trying to figure out what to do.This residency is not going to take the fall for the really dumb decade mess law enforcement and the City made out of this.

11-16-11/repeat:dangling. There are still a lot of unanswered questions about what LHP did and is doing. It's not good to leave a residency dangling, unless that actually was/is the agenda or point.
How did the overt, intolerable, routine harassment stop in the beginning of the tenth year just before Det.L.Hawkins was to receive his Keepers Days Award with ceremonies at the park cross the street?
The S/Ws did not show any behavior that it was over, constantly loudly complaining and threatening to start up again.They did manage,to get in another annoying patrol car visit sent here by them and then really try to get a report to further bother this residency with,-their standard tactic, which was really complained about in the wide audience emailing, started in the beginning of the ninth year of all this, the only thing that worked/works. Insert dates of this,tenth year,sent emails. During the tenth year,the S/Ws would loudly plot and have discussions on what methods and how to field questions about this, and Lori announced that she was telling people she stopped, 09.
This residency never knew when the whole thing could just start up again as all involved were cleared to just start up again, and obviously the S/Ws would if they could.
So,what is the explanation for the overt routine harassment stopping in the beginning of the tenth year, and the explanation for the whole decade plus? There are no residencies that wouldn't be asking and complaining. Maybe the City could just envision this decade plus as happening somewhere else with other people and then analytically decide what to do, instead of, possibly, just being mad that a residency dared to complain and still trying to figure out more flim flam to use.
As Broward County Commissioner C.LaMarca was a LHP City Commissioner during many of those years and bad episodes, what is the delay in explanations? This is his district and home City.
Who does Broward County Commissioner C.LaMarca think should provide the explanations? Is there a the delay in providing that? Thank you.

If the excuse for not providing information about what law enforcement and the City did regarding the decade plus situation, and what stopped the overt routine harassment just before Det.L.Hawkins was to receive his Keeper Days Award with the activities in the park across the street, and what happened leaving a residency dangling, is,- 'not asked through proper channels', please be reminded, with the LHP decade plus situation, there were no proper channels or standard avenues to use, they were all tried correctly, which is why the wide audience emailing was started in the beginning of the ninth year. The S/Ws did what they wanted, the police protected and cleared them, and the City backed the police. If this residency complained, this residency got blamed. Every standard avenue was used and tried all the way up to a Circuit Court Case and Document. All of this information is on the website, Blog, and sent newer emails to be put on the newer blog.
Saying things weren't properly done is a method to make dealing with that the point instead of dealing with the issues, even if things were done properly. This has been used by LHP from the very beginning.
In the beginning during the outrageous, over the top, horrific years, with the routine hours of the S/Ws harassing, stalking, trespassing, screaming at, threatening, banging, taunting, blasting, etc.,etc., along with their intolerable family fights, with all the complaining and there was a lot through proper channels, it was flat out shocking to have to hear that excuse and in general to have that excuse used. It was really insulting to have a young officer just be able to blurt out, well you didn't do this or that right, when you knew that was misinformation and instructions from older officers when the situation had already been properly contacted, over and over and over.This residency was actually told during the horrifying early years by a young officer when the S/Ws were regularly really raging, that this residency didn't get any help because the S/Ws worked better with the police. (?!)
LHP has a lot of explaining and if the method of avoidance is that excuse, please reread the above.Thank you.
Note: The one thing that was not properly done in time was properly filing for reimbursement regarding the $500.00 Code Board fine over the interior backyard fence.I did ask the Code Board at the Meeting how that could be appealed and got no answer.I did email asking how to do this with no response.Obviously no one was going to help with that information or reimburse anyway.There could have been more diligence in pursuing this immediately..
But, then, the immediate problem was the blasting, deliberate, repetitive cd technique being extensively used routinely for hours and hours with that blasting foreign language 'issue cd'. This was impossible and intolerable by anyone's standards. No one could stand it. Plus the S/Ws gloating and taunting about it as they had figured out something new to use. They had always used made tapes to harass, mixed in with everything else they used, but the technique with this was the repetitiveness for hours and hours,as really flat out torture. This routine technique had started during the previous Holiday season when there were children here trying to use the backyard and pool. Already explained and explained..
The focus had been and was on how to get that to stop so of course there was no help with that even though it was a Sett.Agree.violation, the last thing discussed when the Sett.Agree.was written up and signed.
Then, the fence issue came up, and that fence had to be worked on and put up with that blasting foreign language 'issue cd' on, over an over.
Andy was trying to work on the fence. There was a deadline. He had to be on the interior backyard boundry to work on it. So, Lori came out, with that 'issue cd' still blasting, and actually skipped around their pool over and over getting as close to him as possible while he was trying to work on the fence. That situation was surreal. There were many of them. And please be reminded. the S/Ws called for their patrol cars for anyone just being on this property as harassing them let alone trying to work on the property.So, there was a big worry about their complaints, although code enfor. knew we were really trying to put that fence up. There still wasn't the necessary help with the basic S/Ws problem, now in the beginning of the ninth year just before the emailing was started for help. I actually went out and worked on it in the rain as the S/Ws wouldn't put their equipment out in a rainstorm as their overhang wasn't protective enough. In the early years,they did put a tarp over their equipment under the overhang closest to this property to really blast for hours during moderate rain, but that tarp thing was only done once.
Anyway, there are a lot of memories.
And again, if that proper channel thing is to be used as excuse, please be reminded, this residency went through proper channels during the decade plus.That's why the emailing was stated in the beginning of the ninth year. Thank you.

LHP City Commissioner Sandy Johnson's continuing 'Krutec Column' is again a little too obvious. Instead of being concerned about propping up the Krutec image, she should be concerned about her own. She was the first Commissioner approached for help and alerted to the problem about half way through it. What did she do about it in the following years and what is she saying about it now? Thank you.

The objective and the point has been done. The S/Ws got what they wanted. At the beginning, Lori, mad about being 'ignored', screamed you will never use your house again and this residency never could be used in any normal capacity by anyone's standards after that, thanks to the diligent and persistent 'work' of law enforcement later backed by the City. And it cost this residency a lot of money.This residency couldn't even be leased out with all that going on as no one would pay especially if the S/Ws targeted renters to make it hard on this residency.That situation continues to this day.
Those lost years can never be gotten back.
In the meantime, pay attention to the first sentence.Thank you.
11-20-11/Chief/advising/ As explained,the three and a half years stuck talking to the Chief were more than a little exasperating. During that time,this residency spent $17,000.00 more on Attorney's fees, a Circuit Court Sett.Agree/Injunction was instated, a $3,500.00 website was put up for help and to stop the lying - five years cassettes to digital an expensive process-, another $1,500.00 was spent on Attorney's fees when the Sett.Agree. was disregarded, and the emailing was started, later blogged and continued, and all that while still putting up with the whole problem. What was the Chief's point in continually lying about all this? Who was advising him on what to say? - Det.Larry Hawkins? Cmdr.Mike Oh? Officers who made this mess and wanted to be cleared? Where did he get his information? When the emailing was finally started at the beginning of the ninth year,he said to stop or he would send a patrol car here every day, which was already a major complaint among many by this residency-the S/Ws' patrol cars-, so at that point it wasn't even really a threat, as it was happening anyway and it continued. What was the Chief's point in trying to just brush off something so big? Who was/is he taking orders from? It seemed/seems pretty dumb to keep lying about this.
Who answers the questions as to what happened in the past decade plus, what happened at the beginning of 09 when Det. Hawkins was getting his Keeper Days Award, and what is happening now? If the Chief answers these questions, who tells him what to say?
It doesn't seem likely that Broward County Commissioner and former LHP City Commissioner C. LaMarca will want to answer this as he has too may people watching him and it would be impossible for him to lie,or to help clear.
So, again,-the explanations and answers? The evasiveness is suspect. There's probably a lot of time spent in trying to figure out how not to give answers. Attorneys have to watch it. No one in LHP will want tell the whole truth. Giving select pieces of information to get a desired Attorney response is not a good method, especially now.
No residency would put up with any of this.That was a really dumb assumption that a residency would. Who made that assumption?

11-20-11/Lori mad/Approx.2:30P.M.Lori has been really mad and has been arguing and screaming with Mr.Starr inside their main house,for hours, audible into this backyard. She is not happy with the way she is being treated in LHP. She wants something done about it and wants him to help.
She want to sell their house and move.The house sale:Thing don't appear to be going well. Obviously, the house was over priced.Lori had screaming fights about not lowering the price. Most of this comes from bits and pieces as all three loudly argue,sometimes in their backyard.It seems as if the situation where the price was higher was not a totally stable or sure thing and doesn't seem to be happening.So Lori is really mad. about still being in LHP where she is not treated right. A lot of the verbalization is not discernible.
This does not rest well hearing this. In the past two hours,it was not discernible if they were also arguing about this residency which always gets interjected. Unnerving mindset. It has been very unsettling to still have to hear all that The S/Ws are very determined and they have had too many years of getting what they want.They are probably going to start plotting again.They are cleared and protected to just start up again, no matter where they are. That's why the website, blog and emails will have to be up for a very long time.

What is a residency supposed to do about police protected stalking and harassment?
The extent of the stalking and harassment was directly related to police policy.
This residency spent over $30,000.00 and a lot of time while putting up with it.

Can something be done about the decade situation in Broward County Commissioner C.LaMarca's home City, LHP? He was aware of the situation when he was a LHP City Commissioner, but he was too busy campaigning for the job he has now, campaigning on ethics. This is an unfair to, say the least, situation for any residency in any City. Thank you.
