5-16-13. Who is the LHP spokesperson for the decade plus situation? Mr.Starr definitely found the right City to try to blame someone else for the mess he created and the family continued, even though, for at least seven years before this residency was targeted,the S/Ws were very, very audible and visible, witnessed by the Ohs,Thompsons, and Krutecs, all parties involved in the inner workings of this City. Who moves into a city with this kind of a mess and just expects everyone to put up with it? Oh, that's right, the S/Ws.
Trying to blame this residency for the S/W problem after all those years of seeing and hearing them was a really cheap shot by really low integrity people.
Trying to blame, vilify,lie about, and slander this residency to try to cover up the mess law enforcement and the City made out of this is not tolerable and does not help to sooth things over.It just leaves the problem unfinished and unresolved .It has already been asked: what are law enforcement and the City saying this residency did wrong in the past decade, or what are the stated complaints by law enforcement and the City against this residency in the past decade?
The S/Ws were a very determined, aggressive force, and this situation was backed up, assisted, covered,and cleared by law enforcement and the City.When they left due to financial reasons, they left covered and cleared, able to complain wherever they went that they were 'victims'. The website and Blogs can probably never be taken down, as reference and protection will probably always be necessary.
Again, who is the LHP spokesperson for the decade plus situation?Hopefully, it is not any of the above parties.

As Commission President, you should be doing something about the mess law enforcement and the City made out the decade plus situation and all the problems and expense it caused this residency.Lying and slandering trying to cover this up won't work. How instrumental and involved have you been in a solution for all this? You were the first Commissioner approached with this problem. Who was and is running the City? Thank you.
This is a repeat complaint
Please be reminded that when law enforcement and the City cause this much trouble and expense for a residency, there will be complaints and repercussions.The LHP groupies and the gossip circuit wouldn't have wanted any of this to happen to them no matter how much they 'yes' things. These people aren't responsible for policy anyway -they just aggravate the problem.If left to them they wouldn't have done it and taken responsibility for it .'Yesing' and slandering don't help to soothe things over. Who was running the City? Who is running the City? the Mayor's wife and Commissioner Sandy Johnson?- with the groupie and gossip circuit backup? Not a solution to this mess. As much as Chief Licata deserves Commissioner/Newsprint praise for jumping in on the bail situation, a situation he did not solely think of or initiate, he deserves Commissioner/Newsprint disapproval for time he spent causing the continuation and cover up of the decade plus situation, a situation he did not solely think of or initiate.
Reference was made to 'damaging impacts, homes violated,negative impact on the psyche'. That didn't happen in the decade plus situation? The over $30,000.00 cost was more than the average robbery.
The inner workings of LHP have this way of thinking that in house publicity fixes everything. What about a Commissioner/Newsprint statement about a residency spending all that time and money just trying to stay on the property with all those unethical and illegal things going on. Note: Commissioner Maucker was approached with this problem while it was in progress.So was the Observer.
Maybe a copy of this Observer article should be sent to the Accreditation Dept. to counteract the complaint about illegal and unethical workings. Neither really defines the determining factors of the accreditation process, but it might help to explain the thought process of the inner workings of LHP, which is confusing to a lot of people.
And again, what is being done about all the expense and time spent by a LHP residency just trying to stay on the property?- more 'Awards' and praise for the inner workings?

Reference to Chief Licata. president of the police chief's assoc. Again, what did he do and what is he doing about the mess in his own City?What does a residency in his own City do about a problem like this?
Protection in LHP was/is selective and the Chief sure cared/cares more about the S/Ws and their cops than he did/does about this residency.Who told him to do that?
That very foolish unmitigated gall to lie and slander to try to cover up the mess law enforcement and the City made out of this, especially to newer people, does not help to sooth things over.
Note: This residency is able to keep a proper perspective of all separate issues and the ramifications of all separate issues. On the flip side, the inner workings of LHP probably hoped that this residency would not be able to do that.
6-17-13.A phone call was just made to Judge Peter Weinstein's office with a complaint about the over $30,000.00 spent and the decade plus situation. Admittedly, this is not proper protocol and is weird, but there was no proper protocol in the way this residency was forced to spend that kind of money and put up with everything, and the whole thing was/is weird anyway.The receptionist was a little baffled, but remained professional saying that had to be taken up with other agencies and I explained that it had been, but LHP and the Chief and the Mayor had their own way of doing things even with a Court Order.She said the violations of the Court order should have been handled back with the Judge it originated with, and I explained that needed a police report which the Chief would not give me as he certainly didn't want me back in Circuit Court where the first five years would be very noticeable.Other things were discussed as the five year fence banging and lien, La Marca's disinterest, and the argument that the City was not responsible for the negligent acts of govt. workers when the complaints about the bizarre police policies of the first five years were complained about.
I did complain about wanting that money back.I did not mention that the only Atty.I trusted not to flip the case for the City did not work on contingency which is why none was filed yet as I really don't trust another atty. no matter how diligent they try to act. That would probably be LHP's first move as the case really can't go into issue and this has been/ is a really underhanded City. I said one Commissioner really tried to help.
She took down the website and I warned her about the graphic content of the audio.
LHP shouldn't have done any of this.Who wants to spend ten of thousands of dollars and put up with all that while the City smugly acts as if they have all their bases covered because they 'know' people.
6-27-13.complaints/The 'Never Ending Story'
If there are still any complaints about this residency's complaints, please consider- Who exactly would want to be defined or have their life defined by the dumbest, devious members of LHP in the dumbest, devious way?
This is over a decade of inferior, bogus law enforcement work and records combined with inferior City work and records.
Trite assessments are practically on the level of 'the S/Ws, Police, City- good and right and Gail and Andy- bad and wrong.'
If there are any questions about the level of expertise, meet with the Ohs, Hawkins,Thompson, and Vaccaro, and ask what happened. Then meet with Licata, Johnson, the Schorrs, Krutek, and Palmieri, and ask what happened.
Again, no one would be complacent with this sort of definition. The lying and slandering need to stop.It doesn't work anyway. It just shows it is LHP's method of dealing with it because LHP thinks it 'can'.This situation should have been handled in a maximum of six months.

Please be reminded that this residency still expects reimbursement and damages.Nobody should get treated like that.Your lack of exposure during that whole thing was very telling.This was going on in your City. It shouldn't have been left up to 'The Ladies' Gossip Circuit 'because certain pushy ladies were miffed.This was not over for this residency until the S/Ws moved -end of Dec. 2011. Until the day they moved, they were still threatening to start up, and this residency never knew if a young rude dumb office or an older attitude agenda based officer would show up to protect and help them.There was no normal discourse with this residency as to the events, just cheesy cover ups.This has been a major complaint from the beginning. What happened at the beginning of the tenth year to tone the S/Ws down with The Keeper Days Weekend with L.Hawkins as recipient happening right across the street? This residency was left dangling probably deliberately to keep any avenue open to further the mess and cover ups. And again, this residency due to the dangling and other reasons really did not get any real relief until the S/Ws moved.
There is still a lot of explaining to be done, especially by a City that continually touted through the whole thing and still touts how good it is to live here.
Lying and slandering don't help to end 'The Never Ending Story', the plot by LHP.

He seems to have gotten lost in all this while everyone else was grandstanding on how they didn't do anything wrong.
