7-25-11. Re: Broward County Commissioner C.LaMarca's district. There has been a lull, nothing overt, which is almost too scary to report as it could just start up all over again. The S/Ws would if they could and are probably still calling their law enfor. trying to do it, but law enfor. knows there is a wide audience to report everything to.The only thing that worked/works was/is the emailing.This residency still does not have company,-the three or four few times in the past years emailed about ahead of time to try to prevent trouble for anyone coming here, but we do now use the pool and have mowed the lawn twice.There are enough problems in life without deliberate harassing and stalking, and this was extremely outrageous and lengthy. The law enfor. and the City responsible for this policy and enforcing it should be accountable.Thank you.

It has actually been easier dealing with one of the largest unethical banks than with the LHP people who ran this decade mess.

7-25-11. It is still no joke that this residency had to spend over $30,000.00 and all that time to stop all this while putting up with it all.. It shouldn't be a joke to anyone else either.

The lying and slandering about exactly what happened has got to stop.None of this should have happened.The 'Sometimes the police just aren't that smart.' excuse doesn't hold up for a decade plus.

8-4,8-11./LaMarca/ ethics 8-8-11.This residency is still not the least bit happy it had to spend over $30,000.00 and put in all that time into fending off the S/Ws and their law enforcement in the past decade. Just because the inner workings of LHP can use every legal maneuver possible to stop reimbursement and damages, does not make it correct. It just means that that is what the inner working of LHP does.Not surprising, as the inner workings of LHP already used every bizarre method possible to continue the situation until the extensive emailing made too many others aware.

8-4-11.LaMarca/ethics. When is Broward County Commissioner C.LaMarca going to do something about the decade unethical and illegal law enforcement and city situation in his own district and city, LHP? He didn't do anything while he was a LHP Commissioner and the situation was going on full force. That may have been awkward for him as he was campaigning for Sheriff Lamberti, and reporting this while campaigning, may have confused him.This awkwardness or confusion,of course, is no consolation or explanation for the residency which had to put up with all this and pay over $30,000.00 to try to stop it. However,it cannot be said it was just awkward when he used one of the most instrumental officers in this mess on his 'campaigning on ethics' website and flyer.That was just flat out insulting,with that 'We do what we want here!' attitude.When will Broward County Commissioner C.LaMarca address the entire issue? Should a request be made for Sheriff Lamberti to do this for him? This is too much work for any residency. LHP did not acknowledge standard attorney or standard legal documents which was a big set back for help and an unethical legal maneuver to continue, cover up,and clear.There are no LHP residents who would be content with this.The big,big relief of this extended lull does not erase the ramifications of the decade of the S/Ws and their law enfor. All parties,cleared, could just start up again. The S/Ws would if they could and are probably still trying. Reinforced mindset. Law enfor.and the city are less likely to with the wider audience. Lying and slandering cannot be used as slick closure and cover up.It doesn't work.And again, there are no LHP residents that would be content about that. Thank you.

8-15-11.On 8-14-11, at approx.10:40 P.M, the power went off and Lori and John immediately came out into their backyard, and Lori complained how she/they were the victims nonstop for over an hour. This was a very quiet night.This was deliberately for this residency to have to hear. Besides being beyond annoying to have to hear all that again, it was very,very unsettling and unnerving to hear that determined, vicious,bad mindset, still plotting to target. Reinforced, bad mindset. Law enforcement and the City should never have given the S/Ws all that backup, protection, and clearing.The S/Ws' decade plus control over the inner workings of this City are an indelible part of LHP history. This should and probably will be be a case study on how not to do this. There has been a very nice lull, nothing overt toward this residency, although it was pretty much determined that they would be still trying to do something. However, at first overt opportunity, they were right outside with this.Very,very unnerving mindset.To be continued

8-15-11.This residency is still not certain what the LHP explanation is for a residency having to spend over $30,000.00 and putting in all that time and effort to try and stop the decade plus situation.What are the Mayor, F. Schorr, the City Admin., J.Lavisky,and Broward County Commissioner and LHP resident, C.LaMarca giving as explanation? Thank you.

General email: 8-16-11.This could be stated more professionally, but laymen's terms are to be used. The S/Ws, compulsive sociopaths, have had LHP police protection and clearing for years for for all their over the top behavior with this residency as sitting victims. The question was asked what do they do when this avenue is removed, no sitting daily target. It appears that they are still trying and the police are not helping them due to the wide audience now for all this.This frustrates them.They may be trying to pull off something big or something big could just happen due to no typical outlet,us. After years and years you get a feeling for this. Right now, things feel tense and scary.This residency does not want to be involved in any more 'investigations' by police who lie and cover up for the S/Ws and this residency does not want to have to spend any more money trying to stop all this.The years of screaming, threatening, trespassing, banging, blasting,lying, spending money,etc.,etc, etc., have really taken their toll on this residency.That 'rifle' situation, which did not happen, is still too awful to think about, as that is how people get hurt, probably the intention as the S/Ws are very determined, planning, and crafty,despite appearances that they are not that efficient, and they are and have been smarter than the LHPPD. Whatever. Right now,it seems they are really frustrated over no backup to continue, which could result in something planned against us or a flareup somewhere else if they do not have an easily accessible avenue to act out. This could be acted out elsewhere on someone who just walks into their mess.

In any case, this residency doesn't want any more of this. It is necessary now to state this.Thank you.

Note:(1.It is probably not necessary right now to mention that this residency is not the least bit happy over that over $30,000.00.That has been complained about enough and is only part of the big picture problem.(2.This residency would never do anything to impede the S/Ws from selling their residency.They show it a lot and complain about the fence.It may be that their asking price is too high for all the work necessary.8-18-11.Please be reminded:. As easy as it was for the city to make this residency pay to stop the S/Ws and their law enforcement, it should be just as easy for the city to explain why

Does Broward County Commissioner C.LaMarca approve of the methods used by law enforcement and the City regarding the S/Ws' decade plus situation? When did he discuss this with Det./Ofc. L Hawkins, Chief R.Licata and Mayor F.Schorr? Is a big,lengthy endeavor for damage control by cover up and clearing considered wrong or not too smart?

Maybe a reporter should ask this as the Chief might be less likely to set up a perimeter to remove reporters who asked a questions law enforcement and the City don't like rather than he might for a resident.

Perhaps a reporter should stop by and just ask straight out if this is good policy to treat a residency like this just because law enforcement and the City can.

This obviously is really no venue for a private resident with a serious expensive problem and a big question. There will be no stop in appearances by anyone from this residency.That Code Board Meeting fiasco is still a vivid memory where the city and law enforcement would stoop to anything to cover up and make someone else pay.

8-23-11/LHP decade/Mayor/ 8-23-11.The Mayor of LHP should have been/be a little more concerned about any LHP resident having to spend this much time and money fending off a situation while putting up with it.He should have been a little more concerned with that instead of referring to attorneys to clear and cover it up and never settle it correctly What is the point in trying to clear and cover up an obvious mess like this?What was the point of the whole thing?This should have been handled in a maximum of six month.It would have been if it was next door to him or to the LHP inner workings.How 'oblivious' can a Mayor of a small city be? And how oblivious can the Mayor of a small City be about not tolerating criticism about how badly this was handled? Did he or anyone else just think LHP was in in a protected vacuum and no one outside the City would ever find out?

Note: As already stated over and over, the lying and slandering for slick closure does not work and should not be happening. No LHP resident would be content with any of this.

sent 8-23-11.8-24-11.After approx.six years of beyond belief, horrific, police protected harassment and stalking, the Circuit Court Sett.Agree./Injunction was instated which should have ended the problem, but law enforcement and the City belligerently disregarded it. Approx.eight months after that,with the problem not solved, this residency's competent attorney mailed a complaint to the Mayor and to the then Commission President citing the bad police work and the cost, $30,000.00, and that was immediately slammed by, 'The City is not responsible for the negligent acts of govt.employees.' excuse/maneuver, and the S/Ws, their law enforcement, and the City continued for years. Making something too expensive to fight off is a tactic.The situation continued until the website, blog, and extensive emailing was used.

It is still not clear how initially the S/Ws, their atty.,and a few incompetent, devious Officers got so much control over an entire City for so long, except that part of the big problem was that the cover ups got on a roll.

The lying and slandering for slick closure should not be happening. The clearing and cover ups don't work.

This decade plus is an indelible part of LHP history. It is important that the people causing and perpetrating this situation don't continue just grabbing attorneys and lying to them to get results they want and to protect themselves.That doesn't work either.

'In the Past'/8-27-11.If there is any question as to how the LHP decade situation policies, instated at the beginning and maintained, were so inexplicable and bizarre, ask Det./Ofc. L.Hawkins, and the S/Ws who were instrumental in defining them and instructed others on how to act. Especially the 'in the past' technique, that anything in the past, currently happening, or happening in the future, would be described as 'in the past' when it was over, and dismissed.That meant the S/Ws could scream at, threaten, trespass, bang, blast, etc,.etc. for hours in the morning, stop for a while and then scream at, threaten,trespass,bang, blast, etc.,etc., for hours in the afternoon, stop for awhile, and then do the same thing in the evening.The police did not have to do that technique of driving away and waiting around the corner to hear it start up again again and come back, because it was all legal anyway.The S/Ws were very vocal about stating this 'in the past' method and wanted it upheld and they did control law enfor. and the City.This really came up during that awful Code Board interior fence fiasco, because after five and one half years of listening to being it banged on, among all the other things, this residency did not want to give the S/Ws another fence to do that to.Note:That fence runs along and is only approx.eight feet off this pool,a good harassment advantage. It was really bizarre to explain to others outside the city that in LHP, it is legal for someone to smash the interior fence for five and one half years, also while screaming at, threatening, spraying, etc.,etc. Ask Det./Ofc.L.Hawkins and the S/Ws where these policies came from.

Gee, was it mentioned that all this cost this residency over $30,000.00 and a lot of time, and the emailing, started in the ninth year,was the only thing that worked/works. Oh, that's right,use the 'in the past' technique to explain it all. The S/Ws could be consulted over the use of this is policy and all the other techniques.They did get what they wanted and and gloated and taunted they would, could, and did.

8-29-11.Mayor F.Schorr, Mr.J. Lavisky,

Please be reminded, this residency is still not the least bit content regarding the large expense of this matter. Although law enforcement and the city used every dirty maneuver to make sure this residency had to pay to try to stop this, and can use every dirty maneuver to make sure there are no reimbursements or settlements, that does not set the standard right. The LHP standards were already blown when, from the beginning, law enforcement and the city took their orders from the S/Ws.

If it weren't for the wide audience emailing, the only thing that worked/works started in the ninth year......................................Note: Another weird policy from the beginning was that the S/Ws could do all that full force but if anyone looked at them while they were doing it, they could call their police as 'that bothered and harassed them','staring was stalking'. The S/Ws were very vocal about enforcing and using that policy while they were harassing full force and the ramifications from that are still a problem and a S/Ws' vocal complaint and excuse to date that someone can look at them. All they had to do was to see anyone on this property to complain about that as anyone on this property for any reason 'harassed them' just by being here. 8-30-11.It is unclear as to how much a mayor's wife's vocal opinions should have any pull or weight in City and law enforcement matters. This position is not a prerequisite or entitlement to meddle into City and law enforcement matters. Interference into such matters by the wrong person can just reduce situations to that 'gabby, ill informed, housewives who should have stayed home', revue while still solving nothing. After everything that has happened,the supercilious point of just caring about 'looking good' is already blown.What's the point of any attempts of behind the scenes damage control now? It won't work.

The cover ups, flim flam, lying, and slandering need to be stopped -by everyone.

Note:The S/Ws still haven't sold their residency.The price is too high.They are used to getting what they want.They probably don't understand why someone isn't sending out patrol cars over and over to make someone buy their house. Because, after all, if you send out enough patrol cars, you can make anyone do anything you want,right or wrong.8-31-11.There have been some loud S/W family arguments audible into this backyard and house.Lori is really mad and still complaining that she/they are the victims and being victimized. This is unsettling and unnerving. Reinforced mindset. Probably a problem for life. It would be better if they moved.They would probably still try to cause trouble for this residency from wherever they were,but that could be more easily straightened out after a few times,with their history, and with other people probably not be so prone to assist them at length, even if LHP continued to defend them to cover up the mess they all made here. And it would be easier on this residency and less work if the wide audience emailing did not have to be done to keep their protection from acting up. Lori has also been complaining about how badly the city is treating her.She just wants to sell the house, get her money and get away to where she will be treated better. There doesn't seem to be a realistic view of selling a house in today's market.

Again this is unsettling and unnerving. That reinforced mindset is bad.

9-1-11.The large burden of the time and expense of a residency having to take care of all of this itself is unfair by anyone's standards.The widespread emailing, started in the ninth year,the only thing that worked/works,widespread, probably doesn't astonish anyone any more.It's more like a fact of life. People probably thought LHP was smarter. There ares no LHP residents who wouldn't be complaining about all this or who would have wanted to pay for and put in all the time for all this.

9-5-11.Broward County Commissioner C.LaMarca: What are you planning to do about the decade situation in LHP, your district? No residency should have to pay over $30,000.00, go through Circuit Court, put up a website and a blog, and email extensively in and out of the City to fend off harassers and stalkers and their unethical and illegal law enforcement protection and clearing, all while continuously putting up with it. The wide audience emailing, started in the ninth year, was/is the only thing that worked/works.
