 Upon assuming the Mayoral position, what do you plan to do concerning the expensive and time consuming mess this residency got stuck with during the Schorrs' Dynasty? The Schorrs did not have any criminal training to run a police Station.In fact there was and is very little criminal activity within LHP, so a standard  textbook situation should have been handled easily.The incompetent and devious Officers who started all this should have been suspended and the situation should have been taken care of. The outdated haughty attitude of, 'We do what we want. We are in control.So what.' was and is not usable for positive results.It just adds to the already in progress circus.The same can be said for Commissioner S.Johnson's attitude.
Having corporate ties and being able to grab an attorney at any time to say or do whatever agenda based and to squash opposition does not last forever and may not be as effective as an outside office influence to a successor.

The LHP Police lied, misinformed, and covered up and did not stop the situation. They enabled it, continued it, and lied and misinformed about it and covered it up, over and over again, thereby helping the S/Ws and their Attorney regarding the Civil Suit which wouldn't have been necessary if the police and city had just done their job.Then the Police and the City were more concerned about covering up the bad police and City work instead of helping a residency that really needed help.By the time this was in the Circuit Court system,it was pretty well known what LHP was doing.The S/Ws' Attorney resorted to legal maneuvers to keep this from going to trial and to actual issues. Then he couldn't any more.
However LHP thwarted and disregarded the final Circuit Court Agreement and kept the S/Ws going.

12-02-08.Settlement Agreement/InjunctionWhen the Sett.Agree./Injunction was drafted and signed,there were a lot of big issues that had to be stopped,the harassing,stalking,screaming,threatening, banging,trespassing,lying to law enfor.etc.,etc.,and the blasting tape/cd situation/technique and Lori making tapes/cds,threatening and talking to us so she could play them in the backyard without having to come out and do it herself for convenience to harass, was discussed.The S/Ws were in their Atty.'s office and Andy and I were in ours for the final drafting and signing, and both Attys. were in constant contact on the phone over the issues,the Counterpart/ Facsimile Signature legal process being used,pg. 6, #11.This tape/cd situation was one of the last ones discussed while we all were at our Attys'offices finishing drafting this.I did suggest to my Atty. that they should be out with this when it was going on,thinking that might stop it as it was nothing they would put up with.That was layman's terms and not used. After years of horrific abuse by the S/Ws, with their protection, this residency could no longer be used in any normal way, and I started mailing the tapes to a Sen./Atty.,who did call me, who was representing a city commissioner, and dropping the tapes off at a Real Estate Atty.'s office in Pompono,who lived in LHP I really needed help from somewhere.Approx. 48 hrs.after mailing and dropping off the tapes,the S/Ws would be in their backyard loudly discussing what was on the tapes,after being at the police station I stopped mailing them to the Sen./Atty.,and just dropped them off at the R.E. Atty's office.This went on for at least a year, the tapes being dropped off approx every 3 mos.,sometimes at shorter intervals,approx.48 hrs.later, the S/Ws would be loudly talking about them.The tapes were turned into the Judge and the opposing atty. when trials were to be scheduled,as required, but not on this timetable,or at this frequency,or in these small amounts. Note: Years ago, the S/Ws demanded that their homeowners insurance policy pay their damages in the pending civil suit. I became aware of this when I got served by the Sheiff's Dept., the S/Ws' insurance co. saying that besides the S/Ws being responsible for their attys.' fees as they continued to bother them about that, so was I, as I was the plaintiff in the civilsuit (?) Another lovely experience in this mess while we were still putting up with what they were being sued for to stop. I didn't reply as I never filed for this,or even thought of filing for that. The insurance co. had said no and the S/Ws were really mad about it and yelled alot about it, which we had to hear, and then they yelled a lot more at us because they were mad about that. They pretty much yelled at us about anything, any time they wanted. Even when they had their typical awful family fights, not about us, Lori would stilll go in and out of their house many times during them to bang on the fence and yell at us from behind the fence because she could and this was standard pattern

Subject: Fw: 2-10-14/: Exactly who were law enforcement and the City to give these people so much?: 2-10-14.There still has been no reasonable explanation as to why law enforcement and the City gave the S/Ws so much protection and backup to target, harass,and stalk this residency for a decade plus.By the third year, this residency was pretty much closed down for having for anyone on the property.No one could put up with it all. the harassing, stalking, threatening, banging, blasting and the complaints that anyone on the property was bothering them and they could call their police which they did.It has also been discussed over and over in the emails,dates available,that no one was allowed to respond back as the S/Ws were looking for a two party situation.It also has been explained that the S/Ws had plenty of equipment to film or record. So this residency was pretty much closed down except for Andy's daughter, a single mother who needed help and she and the grandchildren were big targets for the S/Ws, and an Uncle and a cousin who would stay for a few days about once a year and try to some  work around the residency and they were targeted etc.etc. and the S/Ws complained and threatened that they were bothering them and they would call their police

The explanation that the S/Ws were not and had not done anything wrong does not suffice. Subject:2-1-12/Lysengen.2-1-12.As an incoming LHP City Commissioner, hopefully, you will not be condoning or approving the behavior of the past decade. When Mayor F Schorr and then Commission President S.Gordon were put on Attorney notice regarding the problem, the argument was, the City is not responsible for the negligent acts of govt. workers. Paperwork available.The Chief was sent the paperwork by the Attorney for the City.This was illegal and unethical, and just enabled the situation to continue for more years, protecting and clearing those involved. As a teacher, it cannot be stated that this was good for children, who were directly targeted along with everyone else.No residency should have had to put up with any of this and spend tens of thousands of dollars trying to stop, it while putting up with it, as routine.There needs to be a thorough investigation, not an agenda based one, purposely to clear.Thank you.
